capturing video games the easiest way, in my opinion, is done with a hd pvr.
like you said, you want everything included like cables and such - then a hd pvr is the best choice. because most hd pvr are sold in sets. capture cards are generally not sold in a set. which means you have to purchase everything else you need separately. what a bummer.
