Okay so I am planning on buying a gtx 260 superclocked edition in April. If I buy it off of Newegg and want say a gtx 285 after 30 days of buying the gtx 260 can i do that? Can I buy a Video Card that is not the regular edition and still do the step-up program? Thanks!
