The question i'm asking is: Could I use the audio IN, and Audio out ports on this card for my PC? like if i plug headphones or speakers into the audio out port on the Internal TV tuner PCI card? Would i get sound from my PC?
in theory yes but your should check you old sound card first try to see if you computer still sees it in the device manager and windows has a tendency to change the sound devices so check if its set as the primary sound out put device and check the volume and mute properties you can change the primary to the TV turner but i wouldn't know about your TV turner card iv used ATI TV cards so far
