It doesn't find the latest versions usually, and it does not remove older versions when updating. Better check yourself for new versions, uninstall old and install new.
adobe reader speed launch - not needed. Surely you can wait those precious few seconds it takes to start Adobe Reader?
At least those three you can remove w/o problems.
